Cute workout clothes that will inspire you to move

As everyone knows, one of the most common New Year's resolutions is to do more exercise. However we want this not only a resolution of the new year but a life goal, so as not to improve only our body, but also to take care of our physical and mental health. We all have the ability to make new changes and create good habits, but what is more difficult is to turn them into a routine. We've always done physical exercise, but since we started this new phase of our life, university, exercise has ceased to be our priority. With the difficulty of staying motivated to workout, we used a trick to help us stay motivated to move! Como todos sabem, uma das resoluções de Ano Novo mais habitual é fazer mais exercício físico.

No entanto nós queremos que isso não seja só uma resolução de ano novo mas sim um objetivo de vida, de forma a não melhorar só o nosso corpo, como também para cuidar da nossa saúde física e mental.

Todos temos a capacidade de fazer novas mudanças e criar bons hábitos, o que é mais difícil é transformá-los numa rotina.

Nós sempre fizemos exercício fisico, mas desde que começámos esta nova fase da nossa vida, a universidade, o exercício deixou de ser a nossa prioridade.

Com a dificuldade de nos mantermos motivadas para praticar desporto, usámos um truque para nos ajudar a continuar motivadas para nos mexermos! E o truque é roupa de treino confortável e gira que nos vai deixar confiante e com vontade de ir ao ginásio.
