Hi guys! This post is for all of us who worry about skincare and that cherish those moments in the morning and night when we have time to spoil ourselves and take care of our skin.

Soft silky skin is the dream of everyone and like you we too have been searching for the perfect skincare products for ages and after years of struggling we have finally found them. On this post you´ll have a peek into our favourite products and how to use them.

Esta publicação é para todos nós que nos preocupamos com o cuidado da nossa pele e que apreciamos aqueles momentos de manhã e de noite em que temos tempo para nos mimar e cuidar da nossa pele. Uma pele suave e saudável é o sonho de todos nós e, tal como vocês, nós também procurámos os produtos perfeitos para a nossa pele durante anos e, depois de muitas tentativas falhadas, finalmente os encontrámos. Portanto neste post, vamos mostrar-nos os nossos produtos favoritos que fazem parte da nossa rotina diária e como usá-los.

1. Soap

This product is perfect for washing your face in the morning and also for removing your make up after a long day. The product we use is a handcrafted olive oil soap of a brand named Árvore do Sabão.

1. Sabão Este produto é perfeito para lavar o rosto de manhã e também para remover a maquilhagem após um longo dia. O produto que usamos é um sabão de azeite artesanal de uma marca chamada Árvore do Sabão. Alguns benefícios do sabão de azeite são: .Torna a pele seca mais suave .Acalma a pele irritada .É benéfico para todos os tipos de pele .Torna a pele mais saudável e radiante

2. Face scrub

Even if some people don´t qualify exfoliating as an important step in skincare, this step is as important as cleansing and moisturizing your skin.

2. Exfoliante Mesmo que nem todas as pessoas considerem exfoliar a pele um passo importante no cuidado da mesma, esse passo é tão importante como hidratar e limpar a pele. Pode ser feito depois de se lavar a cara com sabão ,de preferência à noite, para não sairmos de manhã à rua com a cara vermelha ahah. Aqui estão alguns dos benefícios de exfoliar a pele: . 3. Micellar Water

This product is also great for removing make-up making the skin look pretty and healthy. It hydrates and nourishes skin leaving your face feeling refreshed with a glowy, dewy finish. The one we use is from Cien and besides being a great product that is very gentle to your skin is also cheap.

Apply after washing your face using a cotton wool pad all over your face and neck. Don’t rinse.

3. Água Micelar Este produto também é ótimo para remover a maquilhagem fazendo com que a pele fique bonita, saudável, hidratada e com um acabamento brilhante . A água micelar que usamos é da Cien e além de ser um excelente produto que é muito gentil para a pele também é barato. Deve ser aplicada depois de lavar o rosto usando um disco de algodão, colocando no rosto e no pescoço.

4. Moisturizer

All skin types need moisturizers because they contain the types of ingredients research has shown help your skin look smoother, perfectly hydrated, and visibly younger. The one we use is from Clean and Clear. This mloisturizer helps balancing oily skin and prevents pimples and blackheads. It´s texture is light, fresh and dries fast.

4. Hidratante

Todos os tipos de pele precisam de hidratante porque estes contêm todos os ingredientes que ajudam a pele a ficar mais suave, perfeitamente hidratada e visivelmente mais nova. Nós usamos o da Clean&Clear que ajuda a combater a pele oleosa e evitar o aparecimento de espinhas e pontos negros. A sua textura é leve, fresca e seca rapidamente.

5. Sunscreen

All of us love to have younger looking, radiant, and healthy skin. And, this is one of the most convincing reasons to start using sunscreen.

6. Lip Balm

7. Mask

Last but not least there´s the mask. Masks are not a part of everyday skincare but they should be used at least once a week to rejuvenate the skin. One of our favourites is a mask from a local supermarket. The mask has three different types. the purple one help prevent wrinkles, the blue one moisturizes and refreshes the skin and the pink, wich is the one we use, moisturizes and tightens the skin. They have a moisturizer like texture that it´s very gentle to our skin and easy to apply.

7. Máscara Por último, mas não menos importante, há a máscara. As máscaras não fazem parte do cuidado diário da pele, mas devem ser usadas uma vez por semana para rejuvenescer a pele. Uma das nossas favoritas é a máscara da marca branca do Mini Preço (Bonté). A máscara existe em três tipos. A roxa ajuda a prevenir rugas, a azul hidrata e refresca e a rosa, que é a que nós usamos, hidrata e reafirma a pele. Esta máscara tem a textura de um creme hidratante o que faz com que seja muito fácil de aplicar e suave para a pele.
